Your plan aligns with your personal body chemistry, genetics and current lifestyle.   • Our Health Risk Assessment provides an in-depth look at your body and lifestyle to show us any significant areas of your health that are at risk. Most diseases take years to develop frequently without symptoms before striking.

    Understanding your underlying health risks enable you to make changes to your lifestyle to prevent progression to symptomatic disease.

  • Commitment to Lifestyle Changes

  • We are committed to helping you make the lifestyle changes that will minimize your risk for developing disease. We believe adequate sleep, stress reduction, exercise and activity, and how much you eat, when you eat and what you eat are keys to absolute health.

  • Certified Wellcoaches

  • Our Certified Wellcoaches get to know you, your individual goals and your lifestyle in a safe, non-judgemental environment. They work with you to develop a lifestyle plan and empower you to reach your health goals. On average, it takes 66 days to create new habits that effect behavior change. Our coaching program is recommended for at least two months. After initial lifestyle changes have occurred, your Wellcoach will be available to you for the long term to help you maintain your change.

    We know scientific data has shown that Wellcoaching makes a statistically significant impact on clients wellbeing and health. It has proven to be effective in empowering clients make lifestyle changes that last a lifetime.

Weight Loss

Absolute Health provides you with a personalized weight management plan that fits your specific body chemistry and overall needs. This plan will help create an environment for healthy, long-term weight loss. You will see a change in your body composition, maintaining or increasing your muscle mass without the wasting due to dehydration.

Medication Management

Sometimes you get to a point where making lifestyle changes may not be enough to properly manage your health issues, and medications can become necessary. If medications are indicated by your Health Risk Assessment, we can instruct you on which are most beneficial based on your underlying conditions.

Diabetes Prevention

Our goal is to reduce your insulin levels and increase your bodies sensitivity to it.

Age Management

Absolute Health believes that everyone should be able to grow old with grace and maintain a quality lifestyle if they take proper care of their minds and bodies. With the Health Risk Assessment, we can get a baseline about where you are in terms of health and then create a plan with you that will keep you happy and healthy.

Heart Health

Heart disease is the number one killer of both men and women in the United States. Keeping your heart healthy goes a long way toward staying healthy overall. Although there are not always obvious symptoms pointing to heart disease, our extensive Health Risk Assessment report can identify underlying risk factors.

Making health-related lifestyle changes can be discouraging and frustrating for people to do on their own. That’s why our Certified WellCoaches are available to sit down with each patient and discuss their individual needs and goals and come up with a plan that will best benefit them. Starting with small, attainable goals is the key to success, so we will set up a step-by-step plan with you. With patience and commitment, we will help you take a step in the right direction.
